Purpose:This series of water meters is used for the consumption of drinking water. Residential use (sub table) or industrial use.

Water pressure level: MAP 10 / MAP 16

Pressure loss level: △ P 63

Indication error limit:

From the low zone including the minimum flow rate (Q1) to excluding the boundary flow rate (Q2) ± 5%

From the high zone including boundary flow (Q2) to the high zone including overload flow (Q4) ± 2%

The counter digital wheel is sealed with special liquid, which can maintain clear reading for a long time

The movement is made of high-quality materials, with a long lifespan, stable and reliable performance, and can be externally adjusted (sealed); Copper or ductile iron case (case spray coating)

The photoelectric direct reading valve control module adopts photoelectric direct reading technology to read character wheel data. Compared with traditional pulse meters, it can reduce reading errors to zero and is an ideal zero error measurement product in automatic meter reading systems. The module adopts a low-power design and usually does not require power supply. It only needs to be powered during meter reading and valve opening and closing. This module can be directly installed in the base meter counter and assembled with the base meter to form a remote valve controlled photoelectric direct reading meter. With the help of intelligent meter reading system equipment, it can intelligently read water meter data in the community and remotely control the opening/closing of valves, and achieve data sharing with the settlement center through networking.


1、 Product Features

1. Directly reading character wheel data can reduce reading errors to zero compared to traditional pulse meters;

2. Adopting low-power design, power supply is only required for reading and valve opening and closing;

4. Compliant with the standard of Electronic Remote Water Meter (CJ/T 224-2012);

5. Compatible with multiple communication protocols; DL/T645, CJ/T188 and internal protocols;

6. Meet the design requirements for electromagnetic compatibility of electronic products such as EMC, ESD, EMI, etc., and achieve industry-leading levels;

7. Combined with the upper computer system, establish a remote automatic meter reading management system to truly achieve meter reading and monitoring automation.
